What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Oak&Pearl Clothing Co. ships exclusively to customers within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to other regions soon.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since we curate items from various designers, we also include specific 'Fit Notes' to tell you if an item runs small, large, or true to size.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of purchase if you need to make changes, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
